Exchange Policy

At Makeup Tools Bangladesh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please review the following exchange policy for eligibility and the steps involved in the exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
• We only accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• The item you wish to exchange must be of equal value or you must pay the price difference for an item of higher value.

How to Request an Exchange

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
• If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and the address to send it to.
• Return shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or errors on our part will be covered by Makeup Tools Bangladesh.
• If the exchange is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Process

• After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for exchange.
• Once the item is approved for exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge (if applicable).
• If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you will be asked to pay the difference before we ship the new item.

Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

• We do not accept exchanges for the following items:
• Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
• Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
• Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale items.

Exchanges for Incorrect Items

• If the wrong product was sent to you, we will offer a full exchange at no additional cost, including the return shipping fees.
• Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement and the return of the incorrect item.

Exchange Confirmation

• Once your exchange has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the replacement item.
