Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are only applicable if the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or opened unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or phone with your order details.
• We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund process.
• If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

• In the case of a defective or damaged product, Makeup Tools Bangladesh will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

• We do not offer refunds on the following items:
• Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items that have been used or opened (unless defective or damaged).
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you need a different product, you must return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Confirmation

• Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refunded amount will be reflected in your account depending on your payment provider's processing time.
