At Makeup Tools Bangladesh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure the return process is smooth and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will accept returns and cover the return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and the address to send it to.
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will arrange for the return shipping at no additional cost to you.
• For returns not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

• After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for return.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund according to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns on the following items:
• Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale items.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
• The refund process may take up to 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Return Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed, and the refund has been issued.
